IQF Goats Cheese
The fresh goat cheese Pucks and Crumbles are also available IQF on request. IQF stands for Individual Quick Frozen, or loose frozen. As the name suggests, it is a method in which the products are efficiently and individually frozen right after production.
The fast freezing process ensures that no larger ice crystals are formed. The cheese thus retains its natural taste and authentic structure, as well as the nutritional value, vitamins and minerals. Ideal and easy to use in industrial processing, large kitchens and for meal producers.
