We prepare Alphenaer cheeses according to traditional recipes, which guarantee’s perfection. It starts with the selection of the highest quality milk which we collect from the farms in the area. All these farms work with attention to the welfare of the animals and with a sustainable method of milk production.
In our cheese factory, the milk is acidified, curdled and then cut, stirred and further processed into special cheeses in the traditional way. The Alphenaer cheese is only released for delivery when our cheese makers have established their quality. This way we can guarantee excellence and exclusivity.
As Burgundian people from Brabant, we naturally not only love our beautiful forests, extensive farmlands and grand views, but also enjoy a nice long dinner. Alphenaer cheese fits like no other within this tradition: “Enjoy life!”
