Dakos (tomato snack)

Lunch/side dish

  • 6 multigrain mini biscuits
  • 1 tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Goat cheese Cheese Crumbles
  • Pepper and salt
  • Basil


Cut the tomato into very small cubes (approx. 3 × 3 mm) and season with some pepper / salt.

Pour a 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil over each biscuit.

Then divide the tomato pieces on the biscuits.

Finish with a leaf of basil and some goat Cheese Crumbles.
