DeJong Cheese is a family company located in Alphen, south of the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border. In 1995, we began producing high-quality soft and mould ripened cheeses to traditional recipes.
We started producing from our own herd of goats, but due to an increase in demand, we now source milk from local farms, who meet our strict quality requirements.
Production is not limited to goat’s milk. We also have a range of cow’s milk products which we supply to various markets, both on the European continent, and internationally.
Our customers service many different markets, from retail, food service, independents to manufacturing and business to business. Our range of products can service every need, and our various unique packaging designs, and range of sizes, can suit many different requirements.
Our strength lies in the marketing of unique and innovative products. We are focussed on the need of our customers, and the markets they service. We pride ourselves in our flexibility to work with our customers, to create bespoke flavours and packaging designs which we believe no other business can offer.
We have won many national & international awards for our range. This includes, World Cheese Awards, Nantwich international Cheese awards, Great taste awards and many more. Our Mould Ripened Goats Brie Natural & the fenugreek flavour won the Sainsburys trophy at Nantwich cheese 2 years running for the best new dairy product. Something we are extremely proud of.
Our cheeses can be supplied in two different brands; “DeJong’s Cheese” and “Alphenaer”.
